RAFIQUE U. AHMED
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Rafique has more than thirty years broad working experience in sales and marketing in Asia and Europe. A lifetime entrepreneur, passionate about change and challenges. He works with the Condato team ensuring that it’s set up for success and delivers outstanding performances. He is devoted and determined to establish Condato as a premium brand within the industry. Rafique, a Swedish citizen, graduated from Stockholm University School of Business. (Swedish: Civilekonomexamen)
BÖRJE FRANSSON
DIRECTOR
Börje has a long and wide experience from Swedish industry. As a technician and leader in several Swedish industrial companies has resulted in a solid experience and knowledge. He has also been active as a consultant as well as with sales management and the CEO of Swedish elevator and lift companies such as KONE, Cibes Lift and Aritco Lift. He has many years experience of management, technology and quality development within lift industries in Sweden.
HENRIK KRASSNY
MANAGER
With a background in business consulting in Sweden and Southeast Asia, Henrik has developed a passion for strategic marketing and business development in international environments. He has worked with organizations such as Atlas Copco, Oriflame, ABB, Vattenfall, the UN and Sida, and helped several companies with establishment and growth. Henrik holds M.Sc. from Stockholm School of Economics (Handelshögskolan i Stockholm).
THOMAS SCHNITTGER
ADVISOR
Thomas strengthens the CONDATO team with experience in entrepreneurship, growth management and digitalization. Over the past 10 years, Thomas has supported operational growth and change-management in some 20 management teams such as Impulsa 2nd Stage Business Acceleration (Silicon Valley, USA and ReExecute™️ strategy execution software (Stockholm, Sweden). In roles both as management consultant, CEO as well as chairman, Thomas’ strength has always been his ability to facilitate management into a joint priority, preparation and implementation of the strategic initiatives with largest financial impact. Thomas has historically started and operated three proprietary companies in e-commerce, metal production and online cost management services. His experience will enable the realization of Condato Group’s goals and vision. Thomas obtained his MBA from Henley Business College, UK.
BENYAPA ONGERB
MANAGER, ASIA PACIFIC
Benyapa plays a pivotal role in driving business and managing client communications for Condato Group within the Asia Pacific region. With a keen focus on fostering strong relationships, Benyapa effectively coordinates interactions between clients, distributors, and the manufacturing team in Sweden. This seamless communication ensures that all stakeholders are aligned, facilitating smooth operations and successful outcomes. Before joining Condato Group, Benyapa gained valuable experience at Thai Airways. Benyapa holds a degree in Business and Entrepreneurship from the Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology, equipping her with a strong foundation in business principles and innovative thinking. Benyapa’s daily contributions are integral to the growth and success of Condato Group, showcasing her commitment to excellence and innovation in all endeavors.
